There is no contact form, because forms mostly exist to filter people out. Email reaches a person and gets a reply.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong, this is the most useful message you can send us. Include the page and the specific claim. Material corrections are published at the top of the article with the date and what changed — we do not silently edit errors away. See the editorial policy.
For vendors
You are welcome to send corrections, pricing changes and product updates, and we would rather hear about a price rise from you than find it three months later.
What we cannot offer: pre-publication review, changes to a score, paid placement, sponsored articles, link insertions, or removing a finding you dislike. Our editorial policy explains why, and it applies to vendors who pay us as much as to those who do not.
If you would like us to test a product, say so. We will add it to the queue on merit, and the result will be whatever the protocol produces.
For readers choosing software
If you are mid-decision and stuck, write and tell us the situation — team size, current tool, what is breaking. We cannot consult, but questions like that tell us which pages to build next, and they often get a useful reply.
Press and research
Our test data is available for citation. Please link to the page the measurement came from so readers can see the date and the plan it was taken on.
